System Requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Administrator privileges (required for most features)
  • 15 MB free disk space

How to Use

  1. Get the PC_Cleanup_Tool.exe file from Carl (call/text/email)
  2. Double-click to run (you may need to click “More info” → “Run anyway” if Windows SmartScreen appears)
  3. Click “Yes” when prompted for Administrator privileges
  4. Select the cleanup or diagnostic tools you need
💡 Important Notes:
  • This tool requires Administrator rights to function properly
  • Some features may be limited if run without admin privileges
  • Always backup important data before performing system maintenance
  • Portable – No installation required. Run directly from USB drive or download folder
